High protein banana brownies

We've incorporated ripe bananas into the batter to achieve the perfect consistency and scrumptious flavor. And don't worry, we haven't neglected the protein content, so you can enjoy a dessert that's both delicious and high in protein. Plus, we've added chocolate chunks on top to enhance the already wonderful taste.

You will need:
200 g ripe bananas (about 2)
90g whole wheat spelt flour
60 ml milk
50 g xylitol
50g chocolate protein
40g dark chocolate/chocolate chips for sprinkles
40 ml rapeseed oil
20g cocoa
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder

Begin by mashing the bananas until they have a mushy consistency in a large bowl. Then add the eggs, oil, and milk, mixing everything well. Add the flour, cocoa, baking powder, protein, and xylitol to the liquid mixture, and mix everything again. Line a small baking tray (21x21cm) with baking paper, spread the batter evenly, and sprinkle chocolate slices or chocolate drops on top.

Bake the brownies in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes. Once done, allow them to cool before slicing and serving.
 

Protein Bulk Cake

A delicious, healthy dessert high in protein and fiber. This cake can be made for the weekend if you are on a diet and watching the calories, or you can put it on the festive table. We made such a cake for the New Year table for those who watch their calories and do not want to eat a lot of carbohydrates and sweets even for a holiday. The dessert turns out very tasty and filling, and most importantly - healthy! Be sure to make such a dessert, we are sure that it will not go to waste.

You will need:
Cottage cheese 5% - 500 gr.
Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
Oat flakes - 4 tbsp.
Nuts - 20 gr.
Coconut chips - 10 gr.
Cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons.
Erythritol - 2 tablespoons.


To prepare the "Protein Bulk Cake" start by mixing 300 grams of cottage cheese with cereal, cocoa, and coconut. Use a fork to crumble the mixture into fine crumbs. In a separate deep bowl, combine 200 grams of cottage cheese, two eggs, and erythritol. Mix everything together until it's well blended.
Next, place a portion of the crumb mixture in a silicone mold, followed by a portion of the cottage cheese filling, and then sprinkle another layer of the crumb mixture on top. Repeat this process until all the mixture is used up.
Bake the cake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. Once the cake is done, let it cool and refrigerate it for a couple of hours before serving.
 

Flourless chocolate roll

You will need:
egg whites - 55 g;
cocoa - 1 tablespoon;

baking powder - 6 gr;
vanillin;
sweetener to taste.


To make this dessert, start by separating the egg whites from the yolks and whisking the whites with a blender until they form a thick foam. Then, in a bowl, combine cocoa, high-protein yogurt, sweetener, vanilla, and baking powder. Add the whipped egg whites to the mixture and stir well. Next, line a baking tray with parchment paper, pour the mixture onto it, and spread it evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes. While the dough is baking, mix together cottage cheese, high-protein yogurt, and sweetener to make the filling. Once the dough is cooked, spread the filling over it and roll it up. Serve the roll cut into small, round pieces.
 

Apple cheesecake

corn flour - 40 g;
rice flour - 40 gr;
cocoa powder - 10 gr;
eggs - 3 pcs;
butter - 30 gr;
cottage cheese 1.8% - 350 gr;
Apples - 2 small or 150 g peeled apples;
apple puree - 100 gr;
corn starch - 25 grams;
water - 150 gr;
gelatin - 10 gr;
sugar substitute - 6 tablespoons.


To make the apple cheesecake, start by preparing the base. Melt the butter, beat it in a bowl with an egg, and add flour, cocoa, and 2 tablespoons of sweetener. Mix everything together and press the mixture into a greased baking dish using a spoon. Bake the base in the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
For the cheesecake layer, mix together cottage cheese, applesauce, 2 eggs, starch, and 3 tablespoons of sweetener in a bowl. Whisk the mixture with a blender until smooth and pour it over the prepared base. Bake the cheesecake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes, then remove it from the oven and let it cool.
Next, prepare the jelly topping. Mix gelatin with water and 1 tablespoon of sweetener and let it swell. Peel and dice the apples, and heat the gelatin in the microwave until the granules dissolve, but do not boil. Add the apples to the gelatin mixture and pour it on top of the cheesecake. Refrigerate the dessert overnight or for a few hours until the jelly is set. Enjoy your delicious and visually appealing apple cheesecake!


Strawberry soufflé

Whip the yogurt, gelatin and honey (or sweetener) with a blender for 4-5 minutes until frothy and bubbly. Finely chop the strawberries and add them to the yogurt mixture, stir to combine. Pour the mixture into the moulds and leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
