1. 10 ul is put into 2 2 ml vials
2. 990 ul methylene chloride is added to each vial
3. vial is sealed
4. vial is put into freezing ultrasonic bath for 10 minutes
5. vial is analyzed in the HPLC
6. results from both vials are averaged, if they differ more than 2%, new round of tests is run
