In the event that the goods are not received, lost or damaged we will offer a reshipment with costs shared equally, at 50/50. How long to proceed my order?

EU Domestic and International Shipments
Payment confirmation can take up to 3 business days if made via bank transfer. For cryptocurrency payments, confirmation may take up to 1 business day. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be sent for processing, which generally takes 1 to 5 business days. After the order is assembled and transferred to the carrier, the tracking number will be provided.
Please note, it can take up to 7 business days for the tracking number to activate and begin showing shipment progress, depending on the warehouse selected. This timeframe is already included in the estimated delivery time. The estimated delivery timeframe ranges from 1 to 21 business days
